1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Triggerworks LLC website (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from Triggerworks LLC (“Triggerworks,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2) Eligibility and Compliance With Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including those governing firearms, ammunition, magazines, and related accessories.
You represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess any item you order in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to require age and/or identity verification, verify eligibility, refuse service, and cancel orders at our discretion.
3) Product Listings; Availability; Errors
We attempt to display accurate product information; however, errors may occur. Product images are for illustration and may not reflect exact details. We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing or descriptions) and to cancel orders resulting from incorrect information.
4) Pricing; Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax will be collected where required. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees that apply.
5) Orders; Payment; Fraud Prevention
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory limitations, compliance concerns, or errors.
Payments are processed through third-party processors. You authorize us (and our processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount presented at checkout.
6) Shipping; Title and Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy and (for firearms) our FFL Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier for non-firearm merchandise; for firearms shipments, risk of loss typically passes upon delivery acceptance by the receiving FFL.
7) Firearms and Regulated Items
Firearms are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) in accordance with applicable law. You must complete the transfer through the receiving FFL and comply with any background checks, waiting periods, and local requirements.
We may cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped or transferred.
8) Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to additional requirements as described in that policy and in our FFL Shipping Policy.
9) Promotions; Gift Cards (If Offered)
Promotions may have additional terms. Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable except as required by law.
10) Intellectual Property
All Site content is owned by or licensed to Triggerworks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit Site content without our written permission.
11) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: violate laws, infringe rights, access systems without authorization, scrape the Site, transmit malware, or interfere with Site operation.
12) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIGGERWORKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triggerworks and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of laws.
15) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Exclusive venue for any permitted lawsuit will be state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.
16) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting changes on the Site. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the effective date.
