1) Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided items are new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts and documentation.
2) Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
Unless defective or required by law, the following are not returnable:

Firearms (see Firearms section below and our FFL Shipping Policy)

Gift cards (if offered)

Clearance/Final Sale items

Items that cannot be resold as new due to hygiene, safety, packaging, or condition (for example: opened consumables, opened items missing seals, or items showing wear/use)
3) Return Authorization Required
Contact support@triggerworksllc.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
4) Condition & Inspection
All returns are inspected. If items are used, damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund where permitted.
5) Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.
6) Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7) Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items
Report issues within 72 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist.
8) Firearms and Regulated Items
Firearm order cancellations/returns are governed by our FFL Shipping Policy and applicable law. If a firearm has shipped, additional handling and shipping costs may apply where permitted.
