    Shipping Policy

    Shipping Policy (General)

    1) Where We Ship

    Trigger Works ships to addresses within the United States, subject to federal, state, and local restrictions and carrier rules. Some items may be restricted by destination.

    2) Processing Times

    Orders generally ship within 1–3 business days after payment verification (excluding weekends/holidays), subject to inventory and compliance checks.

    3) Shipping Methods and Costs

    Options and costs appear at checkout. Some shipments may require signature confirmation.

    4) Address Accuracy

    You are responsible for an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

    5) Restricted Jurisdictions

    We do not ship items that are prohibited in the destination state/locality (examples may include magazine capacity restrictions, ammunition restrictions, feature-based restrictions, or local ordinances). We may cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped.

    6) Lost or Stolen Packages

    If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier promptly and notify us. We will assist as appropriate; responsibility after confirmed delivery may vary depending on carrier outcome and applicable law.

    7) International Shipping

    We do not ship internationally.

    FFL Shipping Policy (Firearms Only to FFL Dealers)

    1) Firearms Ship to FFL Only

    All firearm sales are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). We do not ship firearms to residential addresses.

    At checkout or immediately after purchase, you must provide your receiving FFL’s information. Your FFL may be required to send a copy of their license to ffl@triggerworksllc.com.
    We will verify the license before shipment. If the FFL cannot be verified or will not accept the shipment, we may cancel the order.

    4) Shipping, Delivery, and Signature

    Firearm shipments require an adult signature and will be delivered to the receiving FFL. Risk of loss typically passes upon delivery acceptance by the receiving FFL, subject to applicable law and carrier rules.

    5) State/Local Restrictions

    We do not ship firearms or regulated configurations to jurisdictions where prohibited. We may cancel any order that cannot be legally transferred.

    6) Cancellations and Restocking/Handling Fees

    If an order is canceled after it has been processed, or if a firearm is returned/refused, a restocking/handling fee of 20% or $40 may apply where permitted, and shipping costs may be non-refundable.

    7) Returns / Refusals / Failed Background Checks

    If the receiving FFL refuses the firearm, or the purchaser does not pass the background check (where applicable), the firearm may be returned. Return shipping and handling fees may apply where permitted by law. Any refund will be processed after the firearm is received back and inspected, and may exclude shipping and fees.
